Since 1983, its founder has created and managed multiple projects in the areas of health, sports, education, events, and training — all with a strong social and community-driven focus.
Over more than four decades, all the companies founded by its founder remain active and sustainable, reflecting competent, strategic management with a strong commitment to quality and innovation. This business longevity is a testament to the success and consistency of the leadership model.

Cianita is the result of the vision of an entrepreneur with over four decades of experience in the fields of health, wellness, education, and business management. His journey began even before the formal founding of the company, with pioneering initiatives that played a key role in the social and clinical development of the Santa Comba Dão region.
José António Guardado Carvalho is a manager, entrepreneur, and strategic marketing consultant with a diverse career in the fields of healthcare, social intervention, and humanitarian management. With academic training in Nursing, Human Rights (University of Geneva), and a Master’s in Management from Webster University (USA), he combines technical expertise with a strong entrepreneurial vision. He founded and led several benchmark companies and projects in the healthcare sector, such as Cemedical and Policlínica Santa Columba.
He is also the Chief Executive Officer of the NGO Mão na Mão, coordinating humanitarian operations in Africa and the Middle East. Throughout his career, he has stood out as a trainer, holistic therapist, and promoter of social innovation, with solid skills in leadership, marketing, strategic consulting, and the development of sustainable projects.

Among the most significant milestones are:
1980 – Creation of the Medical and Nursing Post at the Couto do Mosteiro Parish Council, Santa Comba Dão.
1981 – Implementation of a medical post for nursing and massage at Estêvão de Faria Stadium, Santa Comba Dão.
1983 – Founding of CEMEDICAL – Medical Center for Nursing, Physiotherapy, and Radiology in Santa Comba Dão.
1985 – Creation of Policlínica Santa Columba in Santa Comba Dão.
1999 – Construction and management of Resivida – Gerontological Residences, in Santa Comba Dão.
2002 – Launch of Resivida Consulting and Training, specialized in health, gerontology, and long-term care.
In parallel, the founder also stood out in the fields of training and the organization of specialized events:
1981 and 1983 – Organization of the 1st and 2nd Sports Medicine and Nursing Conferences.
2002 – Organization of the Health and Wellness, Gerontology, and Palliative Care Conferences in Viseu and Santa Comba Dão.
All these initiatives remain active to this day, reflecting a professional journey marked by sustainability, innovation, and a deep community impact.
The company is currently in the process of securing strategic investment to complete the final phases of the Aldeamento Turístico & Spa Termas da Amieira project.
